When riding through deep ruts or sand, packed debris collects between the sprocket teeth and drive chain, causing dangerous over-tension that severely accelerates wear. AFAM solves this issue by machining dedicated evacuation grooves on both sides at the base of each tooth. As the sprocket rotates, these channels force mud and sand outward before it packs down, keeping your chain tension optimal and protecting your transmission.
