• 3 shell & 4EPS linerExpanded polystyrene (EPS) is a rigid, energy absorbing foam. In the helmet industry, EPS is the most common means of energy management to protect the brain. Generic EPS is often referred to as “Styrofoam” (a trademarked name owned by the Dow Chemical Company). Premium helmet producers utilize multi-density EPS liners to balance comfort, safety and performance.design
• PinlockA Pinlock lens is made to enjoy a fog-free ride. It is based on two key principles to ensure a fog-free vision. The moisture absorbing surface of the lens effectively attracts and stores water molecules, while the airtight seal creates a thermal barrier together preventing condensation of the visor. The system is kept in place by positioning the lens between two adjustable pins, making Pinlock the number one anti-fog solution for helmets.ReadyHJ-48 Visor

With 22.06, 12 additional impact points are analyzed (now totaling 18) and impact speed is increased (from 7.5 to 8.2 m/s). Unlike DOT, every ECE helmet model must actually be tested by an independent lab before it receives 22.06 certification.standards
